MATSURI 2007
For the upcoming event Mecha (31June) / Cosplay n Jrock Competition Selection Rounds (1 July)
Our club logo is on it!!! XD
Items we are taking charge of:
1) Contestant registration
2) BackStage Operation
3) Crowd Control
4) Cosplay.sg Member Registration
5) Coordination with the Booth holders
6) Running the competitions
7) A booth for our club (think of what we can sell or showcase!)
*These are for the coming event only but most likely going to repeat in all the other events one way or the other.
-Meeting next sat, to meet with Shawn (Pathz Production) n S’pore Poly to know the place and program listing, and to select manpower for each department (look above at items to be in charged of <- choosing who do what)

Good news! For every cosplay.sg member that registers on those 2 days, we are going to get $1 for our club fund! ^_^
Anyone who wants to do part time, there is a job offer of giving flyers for cosplay.sg, paid of course! >_<

IMPT!!! Plz check your Mid-Year Exam timetable to make sure that your exams end before 31 June (event days). If it doesn’t, plz notify us.
