JFIRE Outing

Hey people! We are organising an outing soon to make up for the Jap VDay outing. haha..

Ok here are the options.

29 March (after sports carnival) or 4 April (after sch which most prob is at night) or 5 April.

i suggest going bowling. pauline say go some jap shop. we will be going for jap food. any objections or suggestions?? i think most prob go town. more accessible right?

TOKYO INTERNATIONAL ANIME FAIR

The three-day tour includes visits to Yoyogi Animation School, Telecom Animation Film’s studio, Akihabara (including a visit to a cosplay cafe) and also the Tokyo International Anime Fair (TAF). Details after the jump.


The departure date is on 27 Mar (Thurs) and will return to Singapore on 30 Mar (Sun). The tour is conducted in English. The itinerary is as such:

1600h - Arrival at Telecom Animation Film’s studio

In Order to take part in the cosplay competition,please send in your photos (genexis@gmail.com) dressed up as your favourite character(from animes,games,manga,japanese rock band only.) It would be advisable to take the picture behind a single colored plain background. In the email please state your name , ic number ,contact number, the personal/character's name , and which anime/manga/game/japanese rock band did the personal/character originated from.Please turn up on the day itself as your favourite character/personal! Prizes for the cosplay competition would be confirmed later.Additional : 10 cosplay participants would be selected to be part of the official launch for Singapore Street Festival's D'J Party 2008 on 24th May 7pm at Suntec City as well(The press coming to interview,film and take pictures.), so please hurry and send in your pictures! This has nothing to do with the competition on the 25th of May.
